By registering as a Member of RRQSHOP, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Definition

RRQSHOP is a digital platform managed by PT Mid Digital Interactive, acting as an agent (intermediary) between Users and Suppliers in digital game voucher purchase transactions.

Supplier refers to the provider of digital game vouchers that collaborates with RRQSHOP.

User refers to an individual who uses the RRQSHOP service to purchase digital game vouchers.

RRQSHOP Membership is a FREE service that offers a smoother top-up experience, access to special promotions, and transaction history for registered users.

2. Member Benefits

As a member, you will receive:

Exclusive access to special promos and discounts.
Complete transaction history to help you track your purchases.
A faster and more convenient top-up experience as your data is securely stored.

3. Registration and Account Usage

Registration is voluntary and FREE.
Users must provide accurate information during registration.
Each account is for individual use only and cannot be transferred.

4. Security and Privacy

Your personal data will be securely stored and managed in accordance with RRQSHOP’s privacy policy.

5. Misuse and Sanctions

7. Refund Policy

In the event of a transaction failure caused by technical issues or other reasons, the User is entitled to submit a refund request no later than 10 (ten) calendar days from the date the transaction failure occurs. Any refund request submitted after the 10 (ten) calendar day period following the refund offer will not be processed and shall be deemed automatically forfeited.
Upon the expiration of the refund request period as referred to in paragraph (1), any payment that has been made shall be considered forfeited, and the Service Provider shall have no obligation, responsibility, or legal liability whatsoever to the User in relation to such transaction in the future. The forfeited amount shall become the lawful property of the Service Provider and may be recognized as company revenue in accordance with applicable accounting policies.
Refunds may be provided in one of the following forms, subject to confirmation:
- A discount voucher equal to the failed transaction amount, or
- A direct refund to the user’s e-wallet or bank account used during the transaction.
Refund requests must be submitted through official Customer Support and will be processed within a maximum of 3 business days after complete information and proof is received.
