RRQSHOP is a digital platform operated by PT Mid Digital Interactive, providing digital product purchasing services through the RRQSHOP website and RRQSHOP Application.

By accessing, registering for, or using the RRQSHOP website and Application, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

A. PRIVACY POLICY

1. Data We Collect

RRQSHOP may collect the following information:

• Account and login information;

RRQSHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Definitions

RRQSHOP is a digital platform managed by PT Mid Digital Interactive to provide digital product purchasing services. Product prices are determined by RRQSHOP and do not represent the official prices set by game publishers.

User means any party that uses the RRQSHOP website, application, or services.

RRQSHOP Membership means a free membership that provides users with access to various membership benefits, including member-exclusive promotions and offers, Rewards Points in accordance with applicable programs, access to transaction history, and other features or benefits determined by RRQSHOP.

Prime Member means a paid subscription membership that provides users with additional benefits according to the applicable package and program.

Supplier means a party that provides digital products in cooperation with RRQSHOP.

Digital Products include game top-ups, game vouchers, mobile phone credit, data packages, electricity tokens, and other digital products.

Rewards Points are loyalty points granted to users based on transactions, promotions, cashback, membership, or certain activities. Rewards Points are not electronic money, are not a means of payment, and cannot be converted into cash.

Multiple Rewards is a program that allows users to receive more than one type of Rewards benefit from transactions or activities that meet certain requirements.

2. RRQSHOP Membership & Member Benefits

2.1 RRQSHOP Membership

RRQSHOP Membership is a free membership that users can obtain by creating or maintaining an RRQSHOP account in accordance with the applicable mechanism.

RRQSHOP Membership provides access to certain benefits, which may include:

1. Member-exclusive promotions and offers;

2. Rewards Points based on eligible transactions, programs, or activities;

3. Access to the user's transaction history;

4. Other features or benefits that may be determined by RRQSHOP.

2.2 Member Benefit Terms

• Not all transactions or users automatically qualify for all RRQSHOP Membership benefits.

• Promotions, Rewards Points, and other benefits may have different requirements, periods, quotas, usage limits, and terms.

• RRQSHOP reserves the right to determine, modify, add, reduce, or discontinue RRQSHOP Membership benefits at any time.

• Rewards Points obtained through RRQSHOP Membership remain subject to the Rewards Points provisions under Section 5.

• RRQSHOP Membership is different from Prime Member, which is a subscription-based membership with additional benefits.

3. User Accounts

• Account registration is voluntary and free of charge.

• Users are required to provide information that is accurate, complete, and accountable.

• Each account may only be used by the account owner.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account, password, OTP, and other security information.

• Users are prohibited from providing account access to other parties if doing so may create security risks or enable misuse.

• RRQSHOP reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts suspected of violating these Terms and Conditions.

• RRQSHOP may request additional information or verification when necessary for transaction security or investigation of suspicious activities.

4. Transactions

• Users are responsible for ensuring that the product, denomination, game ID, server, phone number, or transaction destination is correct before making payment.

• Transactions that have been successfully delivered to the destination entered by the user cannot be canceled.

• Product prices and availability may change at any time.

• Product prices displayed by RRQSHOP are prices determined by RRQSHOP and do not represent official prices from the publisher or product issuer.

• Transaction processing times may depend on suppliers, payment systems, operators, publishers, payment gateways, or other third parties.

• Service or payment fees will be displayed before the transaction is completed, where applicable.

• RRQSHOP is not responsible for incorrect transaction destinations resulting from errors made by the user when entering data.

• Users are required to retain transaction receipts for verification purposes or to request assistance when necessary.

5. RRQSHOP Rewards & Rewards Points

RRQSHOP Rewards is a loyalty program that allows users to earn Rewards Points from transactions, promotions, cashback, RRQSHOP Membership, Prime Member, Multiple Rewards, or certain activities.

5.1 Nature of Rewards Points

1. Rewards Points cannot be cashed out.

2. Rewards Points are not electronic money and are not a means of payment.

3. Rewards Points may only be used in accordance with the mechanisms determined by RRQSHOP.

4. Rewards Points cannot be transferred to another account unless specifically permitted by RRQSHOP.

5. Rewards Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.2 Earning Rewards Points

Rewards Points may be granted based on:

• Eligible transactions;

• Cashback programs;

• Promotions;

• RRQSHOP Membership;

• Prime Member;

• Multiple Rewards;

• Certain activities;

• Other loyalty programs determined by RRQSHOP.

Not all transactions, products, users, or promotional periods are eligible to receive Rewards Points.

RRQSHOP reserves the right to determine the amount of Rewards Points granted based on the applicable program.

5.3 Cashback in the Form of Rewards Points

The percentage of cashback provided in the form of Rewards Points is entirely at the discretion of RRQSHOP.

The percentage may vary based on:

• Product;

• Transaction amount;

• Period;

• Membership;

• Prime Member;

• Promotional program;

• User status;

• Other terms determined by RRQSHOP.

RRQSHOP reserves the right to change the Rewards Points cashback percentage at any time.

5.4 Rolling Expiry of Rewards Points — 60 Days

1. Rewards Points are valid for 60 (sixty) calendar days.

2. Rewards Points use a rolling wallet-level expiry mechanism.

3. Each time a user earns or receives new Rewards Points (earn), the validity period of the entire Rewards Points balance in the user's wallet will be reset to 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date the new Rewards Points are issued.

4. Accordingly, a new earn will reset the expiry period of the entire Rewards Points balance in the wallet.

5. Using or redeeming Rewards Points does not extend, reset, or renew the validity period of the Rewards Points.

6. If no new Rewards Points are earned within 60 calendar days, the entire remaining Rewards Points balance at the time of expiry will automatically expire.

7. Expired Rewards Points cannot be restored, converted into cash, or exchanged for other compensation, unless otherwise determined by RRQSHOP.

8. Users are responsible for monitoring their Rewards Points balance and expiry date through their RRQSHOP account.

9. If a specific program provides for a different validity period, the specific program terms shall apply.

5.5 RRQSHOP's Authority

RRQSHOP reserves the right to determine, modify, add, reduce, or discontinue:

• The amount of Rewards Points;

• The Rewards Points cashback percentage;

• Requirements for earning Rewards Points;

• Maximum Rewards Points limits;

• Products or transactions eligible for Rewards Points;

• Rewards Points usage mechanisms;

• Rewards programs;

• Rewards Points validity periods in accordance with program terms;

• Benefits that can be redeemed using Rewards Points.

5.6 Freeze, Reduction, Cancellation, or Removal of Rewards

RRQSHOP reserves the right to freeze, reduce, cancel, or remove Rewards Points if fraud or suspected fraud is found, including:

• Fraud or suspected fraud;

• Abuse of promotions or cashback;

• Multiple accounts created to obtain unfair benefits;

• Transaction manipulation;

• Fictitious transactions;

• Chargebacks or problematic transactions;

• Use of bots, scripts, automation, or unauthorized automated methods;

• Device or identity manipulation;

• Exploitation of bugs or system errors;

• Other activities that violate the RRQSHOP Terms and Conditions.

During an investigation, RRQSHOP reserves the right to suspend the use of Rewards Points and related benefits until the verification process is completed.

6. Prime Member & Multiple Rewards

6.1 Prime Member

Prime Member is a paid subscription membership that provides users with additional benefits according to the applicable package and program.

Prime Member benefits may include:

• Additional Rewards Points;

• Cashback in the form of Rewards Points;

• Multiple Rewards;

• Vouchers;

• Special promotions;

• Other benefits determined by RRQSHOP.

Not all benefits are available for every Prime Member package.

6.2 Multiple Rewards

1. Multiple Rewards is a program that allows users to receive more than one type of Rewards benefit from transactions or activities that meet the applicable requirements.

2. Multiple Rewards may consist of a combination of Rewards Points, Rewards Points cashback, vouchers, bonuses, or other benefits.

3. Not all transactions are eligible for Multiple Rewards.

4. Products, periods, quantities, maximum limits, and Rewards amounts are determined by RRQSHOP.

5. Multiple Rewards cannot be converted into cash and may only be used in accordance with the mechanisms determined by RRQSHOP.

6.3 RRQSHOP's Authority

RRQSHOP reserves the right to determine and modify the structure, price, amount, percentage, limits, period, or mechanism of Prime Membership and Multiple Rewards at any time.

The amount and percentage of Rewards Points cashback for Prime Members and Multiple Rewards are entirely at the discretion of RRQSHOP and may change in accordance with program policies.

6.4 Automatic Renewal (Auto-Renewal)

1. Prime Member may use an automatic renewal (auto-renewal) mechanism based on the membership period selected by the user, with monthly billing as the reference period.

2. By activating Prime Member with the auto-renewal mechanism, the user authorizes RRQSHOP and/or the relevant payment method provider to automatically debit or deduct the membership fee at each renewal period.

3. The membership fee will be automatically deducted according to the Prime Member price applicable at the time of renewal.

4. Users are responsible for ensuring that the connected payment method has sufficient balance or available limit when the renewal process takes place.

5. If automatic payment fails, RRQSHOP may retry the payment, suspend Prime Member benefits, or terminate the membership in accordance with the applicable mechanism.

6. Users may disable auto-renewal before the next renewal date through the available features in the RRQSHOP Application or through Customer Support in accordance with the mechanism determined by RRQSHOP.

7. Disabling auto-renewal does not automatically cancel the Prime Member period that has already been paid for. Benefits may continue to be used until the end of the paid membership period, unless otherwise determined by RRQSHOP.

8. Prime Member prices, periods, benefits, cashback, Rewards Points, and other benefits may change from time to time.

9. Changes applicable to the next renewal period will follow the terms displayed by RRQSHOP.

10. By continuing to keep auto-renewal activated after changes to prices or benefits take effect, the user is deemed to have agreed to the membership renewal under the terms applicable at the time of renewal, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

6.5 Cancellation and Termination of Prime Member

RRQSHOP reserves the right to suspend or terminate Prime Member if any of the following are found:

• Fraud;

• Abuse of benefits;

• Transaction manipulation;

• Multiple accounts created to obtain unfair benefits;

• Promotion abuse;

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.

Termination or suspension due to violations may result in the user losing access to Prime Member benefits and/or related Rewards.

Refunds of Prime Member fees may only be provided if determined by RRQSHOP or required under applicable laws and regulations.

7. Promotions, Vouchers, Cashback, and Rewards

Each promotion, voucher, cashback, Rewards Points, or membership benefit has its own period, quota, products, amount, and applicable terms.

RRQSHOP reserves the right to cancel or withdraw benefits if any of the following are found:

• Multiple accounts;

• Fictitious transactions;

• Promotion abuse;

• Device or identity manipulation;

• Transaction manipulation;

• Other activities that cause losses to RRQSHOP.

Vouchers, cashback, and Rewards Points cannot be converted into cash unless specifically determined otherwise by RRQSHOP.

The validity period of Rewards Points follows Section 5 of these Terms and Conditions, including the 60-day rolling expiry mechanism.

8. Refunds

Refunds may be requested if a transaction fails and the product has not been received.

Refund requests must be submitted no later than 10 (ten) calendar days from the date the transaction is declared unsuccessful or from the date the refund offer is provided.

Refunds cannot be provided if:

• The product has been successfully delivered;

• The user entered the transaction destination incorrectly;

• The product has been used;

• Transaction evidence is incomplete;

• There are indications of fraud or abuse.

Refunds may be provided in the form of:

• A voucher equal to the value of the failed transaction; or

• A refund to a bank account, e-wallet, or other agreed payment method.

Refunds will be processed no later than 3 (three) business days after the required data and evidence have been deemed complete.

The time required for the funds to be received by the user may depend on the relevant payment provider or financial institution.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Using the service for illegal activities;

• Using another party's identity or payment method without authorization;

• Manipulating promotions, cashback, Rewards Points, or systems;

• Creating multiple accounts to obtain unfair benefits;

• Using bots, scripts, automation, or automated methods that disrupt or manipulate the service;

• Conducting unauthorized access;

• Making unauthorized chargebacks;

• Exploiting bugs or system errors;

• Engaging in other activities that may cause harm to RRQSHOP, suppliers, publishers, payment providers, or other users.

RRQSHOP reserves the right to reject transactions, restrict features, freeze Rewards, suspend, or delete accounts that violate these provisions.

10. Service Availability

RRQSHOP may modify, add, reduce, or discontinue products, features, promotions, memberships, and services at any time.

Services may experience disruptions due to:

• System maintenance;

• Network disruptions;

• Supplier disruptions;

• Publisher disruptions;

• Payment gateway disruptions;

• Bank or e-wallet disruptions;

• Operator disruptions;

• Force majeure;

• Other circumstances beyond RRQSHOP's reasonable control.

11. Limitation of Liability

RRQSHOP is not responsible for losses caused by:

• Incorrect data entered by the user;

• The user's failure to maintain account security;

• Network or device disruptions on the user's side;

• Disruptions involving suppliers, publishers, operators, banks, e-wallets, or payment gateways;

• Delays or failures of third-party services;

• Use of unofficial channels impersonating RRQSHOP;

• Force majeure or circumstances beyond RRQSHOP's reasonable control.

12. Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion through the RRQSHOP Application or Customer Support.

Before deleting an account, users are advised to complete their transactions and use any remaining vouchers, cashback, Rewards Points, or Prime benefits.

Rewards Points, vouchers, cashback, or other benefits remaining in the account may become unavailable after the account is deleted, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

13. Changes to the Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time.

The latest version will be available on the website and/or RRQSHOP Application.

By continuing to use the services after changes take effect, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the latest Terms and Conditions, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any dispute arising from the use of RRQSHOP services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through consultation with RRQSHOP Customer Support.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall subsequently be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
