RRQSHOP’s points programme. Every time you top up a product carrying the Poin Rewards logo you earn points, and you can use them to cut the price of your next transaction. 1 point equals Rp 1.
Log in to your RRQSHOP account first, then buy a product carrying the Poin Rewards logo. Points are credited automatically once the order is complete. Transactions made without logging in earn no points.
Points arrive when your order status becomes Delivered, not when you pay. While the order is still being processed, the points show as pending in your Points History.
Points are calculated from the denomination you choose, and the rate can differ by game and by denomination. The points you will earn are always shown on the product page before you pay.
60 days. All your points share a single expiry date, and that date moves back automatically each time new points arrive. Spending points does not extend the period — only earning new ones does.
Turn on the “Use Points” toggle at the payment step. Points cover as much of the order as they can, and whatever is left is paid with the payment method you choose. If your points balance is larger than the order, the remainder stays in your balance.
Some games and products cannot be paid for with points. If the toggle is not on the payment page, that product is one of them.
All of them. No payment method is barred from being combined with points. Some methods do have a minimum transaction amount, and that minimum is measured against the amount left after points — so if the remainder is too small, that method cannot be selected.
No. Points are calculated from the amount you actually pay after the points deduction. If the total comes to Rp 0, that order earns no new points.
No. Points can only be used for transactions on RRQSHOP, and cannot be cashed out or moved to another account.
The points from that order are cancelled, and the row stays visible in your Points History so your balance still adds up. If you had already spent them, they are reclaimed and offset against the points you earn next.
