1. How do I subscribe to PRIME?

    Sign in to your RRQ account
    Make sure you already have an RRQ account.
    If you do not, you can register through:
    • The RRQSHOP website
    • The RRQ+ app
    • The Team RRQ website

    Open the PRIME page
    Go to the RRQSHOP website, then tap the Icon prime icon at the top of the page.

    Make the payment
    • Click "Subscribe Now"
    • Enter your GoPay account number
    • Click "Connect GoPay"
    • Enter the OTP verification code, then click "Confirm"
    • Enter your GoPay account PIN, then click "Confirm"
    • Check again and make sure your GoPay balance is sufficient
    • Click "Pay with GoPay" to complete the payment
    (If you are not signed in yet, you will be asked to sign in first.)
  • Done
    Congratulations! You are now officially a PRIME RRQSHOP / RRQ+ / Team RRQ subscriber.
2. How long does my subscription stay active?

Your PRIME subscription activates as soon as your payment is confirmed, and stays active for 1 month.

3. Are there any limits on PRIME subscription benefits?

There are a few limits worth knowing:

  • Points have a maximum per transaction, so beyond a certain amount they stop increasing.
  • Some promotions cap the points a single user can earn during the promotional period.
  • If you use a coupon or promo code on a transaction, points for that transaction are calculated under Member terms, not PRIME. This applies to that transaction only — your PRIME membership stays active.

4. Which payment methods can I use to subscribe?

At the moment, PRIME subscriptions can only be paid with GoPay.

5. Can I share my account with other people so they can enjoy PRIME benefits?

Sharing your account with other people is not recommended, in order to protect your account data and privacy.

6. Can I cancel my PRIME subscription?

7. If my request to cancel my PRIME subscription goes through, will I still receive a refund?

No. When you cancel, the cancellation only applies to the next period, so there is no refund for the month already in progress.

8. What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, your PRIME benefits are automatically suspended until a payment goes through again.

9. What happens to my PRIME benefits if I cancel my subscription?
  • Once the subscription period you have paid for ends, your account returns to regular Member and PRIME benefits stop.
  • Points already in your balance stay yours, including points earned while you were PRIME. Points are calculated per transaction, so cancelling does not claw back points you have already received. The validity period does not change either — still 60 days, extended each time new points arrive.
